Thought I'd say hello. Bought my truck about 5 years ago, a 1980
S3 88 and ran it as a daily drive for three years until the
engine gave up the ghost and it had to be shelved as a project.
But now there appears to be time to work on it and that's partly
why I thought I'd join (that and I remember here being an
invaluable font of knowledge)
Anyways Cheers for having me and looking forward to leafsprung
times ahead

Ta, working on the picture front finding some which aren't a
step by step this is how it came apart is proving interesting.
As for where I hail from... it's the deepest depths of Norfolk
