Help with part number - egg shaped washer for clutch pedal

Hi everyone, as above, can anyone help with the part number or
what they are actually called please? I want to fit stronger
return springs to my brake pedal as mine are very weak. I also
can't figure out how to take off the originals? I can't see any
access to the top of the pedal shaft?

Bolts holding pedal box in are captive nut at the upper end
justy lubricate and remove bolt.
