Just replaced a bent push rod in this to try and resolve a top
end knock but its still knocking. All the valve gaps are right
       now. Anyone have any ideas.

Hi, Can I ask what caused the bent push rod? I had a knock on my
200dti that sounded just the same. I checked the IP timing and
adjusted it and it solved the problem. When I changed the belt I
hadn't timed it correctly. Only very slight adjustment needed.

It might just be the sound on here but it sounds a bit like it
is chuffing air past the exhaust manifold possibly? Easy to feel
on your hand if it is.

Unrelated to the question but you have the breather pipes on
wrong, the pipe stub that sticks out of the rocker cover should
go down to the plate on the side of the block next to the
injection pump and the top outlet of the cyclone breather (the
black thing with a round top) should go round the back of the
engine to the air inlet pipework.
