Diff Bearing Replacement?

Morning
I am sure my rear diff is getting noisier. I have a bad whine at
about 35-40 mph.
Is it possible to replace bearings in a diff or is it a job to
be avoided? I know diffs need setting up correctly, but are
series diffs that hard to get right?

When faced with that I took the easy route and fitted another
Diff, couple of hours and all done.
