Just fitted a shitpart exhaust today and apart from a squeak
from using the wrong bracket on the tail pipe it's all gone on
fine..
Considering I've never fitted one before I think I did alright.

I have had Nanking Wide Conqueror's fitted to my Series One for
at least 10 years and mine are still fine.

SH><.
I must just be unlucky.
I had Wide Conquerors on mine when I bought it in 2011.
All of them were UV cracked.
Bought another set of the same off EBay from a nice gentleman in
Bridgnorth for a stupidly low price.
One was scrap, two went on the front with a pair of Khumos on
the back.
Now those two are UV cracked.
The third one is lurking in a dark shed, so might be OK for a
while.
Not going to buy any more of them no matter how cheap :banghead

I fitted a £35 britpart exhaust last year. Fitted great with no
problems following the correct route. Only problem is the bugger
started rusting before my eyes, 5 minutes after I had sat down
for a brew after fitting.

I have one of the cheap systems Paddocks sells - no idea what
make it is as there are no markings and they come loose, but I
would guess at it being Britpart too. It too is rusting at an
impressive rate. It did fit well though - you can't deny that.
Regarding the wheel cylinders - I'm not particularly brave. I
just figured the damn brakes don't work so well anyway the
cylinders won't make much of a difference
Seriously - they are holding up at the moment. Time will tell I
suppose.

Fitted britpart door seals to mine the fit is good and rubber
seams ok after a year but the corners joints didnt last long. I
think 3 out of the 4 joints have failed and ive not been pulling
them off ever 2 mins. I have alway found the britpart lights to
be shite, crumbling after less than a year.

The problem is it's hit and miss, not long ago there was a run
of brake calipers and cylinders where the bleed nipple was
tapped out but no hole through into the unit itself to allow
fluid out. Had a run of brake discs that were warped, exhausts
that don't fit and TREs that fail after a week.
Rear crossmembers with holes missing or in the wrong place
The list goes on
Some of the other stuff isn't too bad but my mate who has a
garage was about ready to lamp the britpart rep when he came in
last week, but it has to be said they are better now than a year
ago so maybe quality control is improving. However when you can
buy summat from Britpart that is £7.50 and genuine is £85 what
do you think the price difference is made up of???

For some product lines Shitpart do offer OEM as well as their
usual excrement version. The trouble is, other than LR Direct,
no-one seems to give you the choice, online at least.
For the record, the Paddocks/Shitpart exhausts do fit fine but
don't last 5 minutes. I wish I'd bought a stainless system 14
years ago when I bought the 109, I'd be quids in by now.

Shitpart Starter packed up after 200 miles. (Multiple journeys
tho!) It was only temporary but would still have expected to
have lasted longer than that..

My BP rear crossmember was a dead fit.
Must have dropped lucky this year.
Not happy about the shit cheap black paint on it, but I suppose
you have to tolerate that at £65 + VAT
I keep seeing the same part on eBay for £100-120 for the life of
me I can't understand why folk pay such an OTT price ???
