How do you lot do it?
I'm fed up with the stuff in the back bouncing and sliding
around, not to mention the danger it could pose, so I've been
looking into securing it in some way and have found this

Looks quite good but can I find a UK supplier :banghead, any
       other ideas or solutions
       Yours frustrated

It's called Unwin tracking - plenty on ebay.
I got some lengths for minibus seats I fitted in a LWB - the
seats slide and lock in the track.
It came with some wheelchair clamps as well which would be great
       for securing loads.
No, I'm not selling any - I'll probably use it for similar
       purposes to you :-?
       Cheers,
       Robin.

something very similar is fitted to the sides in wagon fridges
       and box vans :rolleye0012:
just find your local commercial breaker or even have a 'look' in
some of those advertising trailers that seem to litter the sides
of major roads and motorways :toothless:

Find a scrap ambulance and rip it out the floor. The Unwin
straps come up on evilbay from time to time.
The wheel chair tie downs (rat shit straps) have decent crabs on
the end and will hold allsorts but only has a swl of 200kg which
doesnt sound a lot until you convert it to 31stones..

there is a firm converts vans to mini buses and the like at
Lympne industial estate in S/E Kent they use this for removable
seats, I have aquired some offcuts to have them in the rear of
my van, probably all the van/bus converters will use similar,
try them local to you for off cuts at the cost of a couple quid
for the 'T' fund, kind regards SH><.
