This should be sticky'd as a shining textbook example of how to
have fun with an old Land Rover.

Cheers everyone and thanks for making it a sticky, means I can
have a look every now and again for old times sake (as I doubt I
will be let out again for the next 8-14 years due to lack of
understanding wife, lack of money, lack of understanding wife,
trying to move house, lack of understanding wife, putting kids
through school and a wife that doesn't understand ???.

You think they were crazy Luke, I had a couple of dodgy looking
blokes in what looked like the 2nd best 80" in Halifax :handbag
follow us from when we left early doors from Brighouse all
around Europe until we arrived back at Dover when we lost them!
The only time they tried to overtake was on the wrong side of us
on the grass doing about 70MPH somewhere in France :haha:.
For the next trip...Hang on lads I've had a great
idea..er......er......

The Pyrenees are absolutely beautifull! Plus you can visit
Andorra (also beautifull) for tax free cheap stuff... Lots of
offroad there, partially due to French cigarette smugglers
