Are they any good? Is the tread legal from what you can see in
       the photo?
Is that a tread wear indicator I can see indicating they are
       worn out?

Look like here's some miles in them yet from the photos.
There good mud tyres, if your driving is all on road, I'd keep
       looking personally

Ditto ^^^. They're not Goodyear. The pattern is the Goodyear
Hi-Miler Xtra Grip but I'd wager they're "Security" brand,
possibly Deestone. Genuine Goodyears have been out of production
for some time and to me the lettering looks wrong for pukka
       ones.

They would be ok lashed to the side of a boat to prevent docking
       damage!
       Keep looking bud. :smilewide:

       I probably won't bother then.
What worries me is the thin tread grooves in the middle of the
tyre all have webs across them. They look awfully to me like
tread wear indicators on most tyres and when you reach the web,
the tyre is worn out and an mot failure.
It's a shame they are not closer, I would go and have a look,
but it's a 180 mile round trip, which is "close" to me
relatively speaking as far as most stuff on ebay goes.
