Woohoo I've rejoined the leaf sprung elite!

Tonight I have managed to get my wife to agree to the buying of
a very lovely 1960 series 2 fitted with a Perkins!
Pictures to be put up tomorrow!
Talking her round becomes a lot more impressive when I reveal we
are going in to have our third baby on Tuesday!

First jobs involve adding seating to the rear, sorting a bit of
an oil leak from the Perkins and enjoying driving a real land
rover again!

That clown redgr9 grumpy b or whatever? You know he actually
admits to taking seats out that lr installed he's so convinced
its illegal !

Yes that's the one. He never gives up. Had a 'debate' about
compression ratios and cubic capacities with him, would never
admit he was wrong...

Well it's hardly the last word in originality with the Perkins,
the range rover diffs and a radiator from a car and I have never
been interested in being a rivet counter! I want my land rover
mad kids to share in the land rover so they are getting seats
and that's final!
