Hazard Warning Lights

I recently acquired a Lucas pull type hazard switch which came
off a Series 3. The switch has 8 terminals on it but still has
part of the loom attached which is only using six wires. I have
been trying to work out how to wire this into my 12 volt 78
Series 3 but would like to avoid blowing every fuse in the box
on a trial and error basis as I am not sure if I have worked it
out correctly. My intention is to wire it up as follows:
Wires from switch:
Green/White -
Green/Red -
Green -
Light Green/ Purple - Terminal 1 Flasher unit
Green/ Yellow - Terminal 2 Flasher unit
Can any of you gentleman confirm if I am nearly there or is the
only thing getting warmer likely to be my wiring! A diagram
would be appreciated if you have one.

Hi, the official Land Rover manual has the wiring diagram for
this as a supplementary. i will try and get a copy but my manual
is at my dads i will grab it in the next few days and try and
post it up or double check your colours.

appropriate. I'll give it a go at the weekend.
