Most annoying job

I thought chassis bushes were nasty to do, but I found my new
"worst job" this weekend; those seemingly innocuous 6 nuts and
bolts on each side holding the swivel balls to the axle. Ring
spanner on one side, open ender on the other and maximum I
managed was about 1/3 turn at a time. Took bloody ages.
What's your most annoying job?

Order 12 new nuts and bolts. Use hammer an chisel to split the
old ones. 10 minutes.

They're all bloody annoying! I'd rather not be doing any if I
didn't have too...

That's true enough! I usually resort to the grinder for the
swivel to axle bolts too unless it's one I've had apart before
with newish bolts.

Probably would have been the quickest way, is there space when
the damper is still in place and all the swivel gubbins still
attached?

All jobs, but especially those you only did less than a year ago
which need doing again because the crap quality parts have
failed again! :banghead

You've just inspired me to demolish the 6 bolts on my scrap
axle/swivel, before reclaiming the one shiney swivel.
