       this is mac who started the bug he was parked in the yard where
       I worked for 12 years my wife always loved him so when they
       closed the place down we bought him and proceeded to strip him
       down

       unfortunately the landlord didn't want a "dangerous tractor"
       around so the rolling chassis has been moved to the inlaws
       garden and work slowed right down we have nearly finished
       preparing the chassis iv rebuilt the engine and pedal
       boxes/master cyls and we hav bought a hard top so the big push
       is on this year! but having owned a series for 2 years and not
       driving one we thought I could have my own so I got bertie

       this is how I got him long mot and drivable but bit rough since
       then iv sorted few electrical gremlins,fitted halogens, got some
       7.50s hard top put on to save the canvas from the 100 days of
       snow that didn't come :banghead and then the head gasket went so
       have done that inc valve seals and full service and put seats in
       the back

       Yeah sold it about 18 months ago didnt get much interest to be
       honest it wasnt a fairey got about 70 quid I think but wanna use
       it asa family so had to go
