Had an email from the organsiers:
Hi Chris,
Please tell me if you are coming with your Land Rover's or other
way and how many people is your group composed?
We will be very pleased to get your visit to our event and we
will try to get the best for you and your friends.
You will not need to make a pre-inscription and the costs are
according with the kind of accommodation you want (we have local
camping free (included in the entry fee), but you can also have
a choice of several Hotels from €35 per night double room
nearby.
If you come by plane, the organization have a 109" with 9 places
that can rent for the whole week-end and you pick it at Oporto
airport (more or less 25 km from the event) and leave it there
at the end for a very reasonable price for our British friends
;)

along!

I am happy camping but would anybody want an hotel??
A nice touch is the option to fly out and use one of their
vehicles!!
Also the entry with camping from May 30th to 1st June is 12.50

I could be tempted with a hotel. Don't underestimate how hot it
will be. :giddy:
