S3 exhaust diameter

Hi all, SNOWING HERE IN WEXFORD, IRELAND!!!!
Im getting a local fella to scratch build me an exhaust. My 2a
has a S3 Diesel. Whats the best diameter tubing to use?

This probably isn't a helpful comment, but just incase you
didn't know you can get a full sustem including downpipe, mid
pipe and silencer for about £40. Surely must be cheaper than a
bespoke system!

Can get shiney stainless ones too for about £150

mine cost me in the region of 200 Euros. for a lwb locally made
... :haha:
well then. it is tempting to buy ready made but add the
shipping costs... and it is just madness some times...
