Tipper project

Well I have finally got her on the drive and grabbing an hour
here and there to get her through MOT.
So far it's been welding, both pillars and feet, repair sections
to bulkhead, one footwell, one dumb iron fabrication, two cross
members, one out rigger and just the underseat tool box to fab
and that should be the welding do e for now. Doors etc could do
with some tlc but are fine for mot.
I'm getting better at welding now anyway!
A quick check of brakes and find why indicators don't flash at
all and we should be there.

Thanks guys, yes it will be used in anger. I'm a tree surgeon
and drive a 130 tipper and fancied this as a cool truck for log
deliveries in. It had been sat in my local pub car park for
about 4 years and I managed to get the owner to sell it to me
before it got too bad. I have my eye on an 88" station wagon but
the chap is happy to have it rust away in his driveway.

Not sure I think it's a scissor action but will have another
look in the light. It should be tipping in a week or so and
pictures will follow.

Ah the best 109 ever in my eyes mainly because it gets used
doing what it does best.
I am always looking at your website for inspiration.

Bugger another small patch on an outrigger to do, my fault for
looking. Never mind, new door hinges on and ought to get a pair
of tops but may wait until after mot. Could be on the road
before Christmas!!
