       Thanks, mine is not exactly concourse so I am not fussy about
       originality, but I don't want to lose too much dash space
       either.  I already have a speedboat motor on the passenger side
       but I think I will give the S3 kit a go, I can always change it
       again.  I like the idea of multiple speed options, and you're
       right to point our that it's safety related.  Thanks for all the
       advice, and merry Christmas to all leafers!
