More trips are being organised for Xmas. Got to reccy a few more
lanes round here for the next trip. More leafers are welcome to
       come if you want to.
Might try Strata Florida if the weather is nice over Xmas.

driven Strata three or four times over the last 24 months,
almost becoming a commuter route for me
i'm trying to get the lads i go to Wales with to either start
exploring further north or further south of where we usually
camp (Devils Bridge), i'd like to try a campsite or two the
other side of the river up around Shell Island direction
we drove Happy Valley twice this year along with Soar Y Mynydd
from the chapel end, unfortunately S. Y. M. is suffering from
bad erosion at present and GLASS are asking folks to stay off
it, it was a reasonably easy drive in May but in September 4x4
was definitely needed by me to get up there

it looks nice and easy there but 150-200 foot further up the
surface became loose with steps over smooth rocks, on our May
jaunt i drove up there in 2wheel drive
       p.s.
your gate/ford picture looks familiar, i might have driven that
in the opposite direction last year or the year before
