As Promised in Welcome Section, My Motor
By: StuartN Date: November 7, 2013, 5:05 am
---------------------------------------------------------
So I have wrote my hello and I warned about the 8-spokes on my
beloved Betsy.
Shitty remarks about big gay wheels shall be ignored! She ain't
perfect (yet) but she is mine!
My daily driver and a pleasure to drive, takes us around town,
camping or wherever else we want to go.
Hope you like her...

Handy rope storage pouch on the front, is it an Ozzy import?
I'll not take the piss any more.

just take a deep breath and man the fuck up so to speak for the
possible comments about stickers and gay plate.
Looks a nice motor (apart from that already mentioned),
brother just bought some of those automatic clay machines. He
has 3 or 4 lying about in his garden so he can practice. Helston
based, so, relatively speaking, near you!

Welcome in. You'll get a good education on series motors in
here. (Not by me I hasten to add coz im fick)
Are you using standard axles? I know you have wide tyres but the
axles look very wide, almost 90 dimensions.

Drumsliden : aye standard axles with spacers on the front for
the fat fook tyres
AlexB: cheers, plenty man here I work in a truck workshop so
well used to the banter. Gay plate on the wings I think is dead
handy but agreed on the steps;
HHH and everyone else: Only had her a few months and have been
sorting a few more important things than the looks so far.
Agreed on the stupid winch tray would much prefer standard
bumper. Tray was empty when I got her and I thought the rope was
better than a git big hole up front.
Eventual plans include LWB wheels, no gay steps and a soft top.
And back to original marine blue.
The sticker and the plate on the wings is staying. When other
:wanker: ask me why I drive this thing round the town I can
point at the sticker and say >rock<

If it is gay - it's more Rock Hudson than Larry Grayson.
I think it looks balanced and could live with that.
