       PoM November 2013 - Submissions
   DIR By: 1960SeriesII
       Date: November 1, 2013, 4:00 pm
       ---------------------------------------------------------
       The rules:
#1 - Entries must have been taken during the previous month,
i.e. November 2013 entries taken in October 2013.
#2 - Must include a leaf-sprung Land Rover or part of and
       absolutely no hint of boingerness.
#3 - Entries must be your own work (unless you're in the shot
too so have got someone else to take the pic).
#4 - Photos submitted should ideally be no wider than 800 pixels
and no taller than 600 pixels. (obviously these figures are
reversed if taking a portrait style pic).
       #5 - No more than two entries per-person, per-month.
Contravention of any or all of the above rules will result in
       the offending photograph being erased.
The best of a month's submissions will be chosen by the forum
admin around the 15th and reposted in a poll for the membership
to vote. The poll will run for the rest of the month.
In the event of a tie, the winner shall be chosen by the forum
       admin.

Here's my effort...After visiting one of my clients I decided to
take the scenic route back via a short lane, on the right side
of the M25, near East Horsley.

If that's the lane I think it is AndyLandie, I used to live near
       it!
There is a small ditch down one side. When I was a Scout Leader
about 15 years ago I used to take First Horsley Scouts there,
pop the front wheels of my Landy in the ditch, and then get the
Scouts to pull the Landy out of the ditch using rope and pulley
blocks. They loved it. They also loved trying to start the Landy
       on the starting handle.
Ahhh, the happy days before I was made to be paranoid about
       health n safety.

A bit short of contestants this month - surely there must have
been more of us with the camera out there during the last days
       of the "summer" this year?

Well seeing as your a bit short this month, here's my RTV
trialler whilst setting out a CCV event last weekend. Its been
used for trialling now for two years and pulls the caravan to
events and hasn't even let me down unlike my other Land Rover on
       air!
Agreed nothing exciting as I was too busy playing ;D

What a plonker ::) can never get my time/day/week/month right.
Can you delete it please, as there is no delete button, which is
       useful for me.
