Just picked up my new truck. Its been sat in a hedge on a farm
for years being used as a shed. I took the farmers wife to
hospital but not before striking a deal with farmer. This was
about 3 months ago. Finally got round to picking it up today.
Its a run of the millk s3 shorty but does have as spare ex mill
gearbox in the back. Unsure what to do with it at the minute as
I've not had a good look round it. The chassis needs at least as
couple of outriggers and maybe as rear cross member. The
bulkhead is in good nick bar one leg. The body is straight as is
the roof. The 2 1\4 petrol turns over but couldn't get it to
run. So we'll see. Need to get bubba running and mot'd then I'll
have a look at it proper!
       Anyhow,

yeh I think I do though she's not happy that I've taken up her
car parking space. She's now gotta park on the road. Other than
       that is all good!

Yeh im hoping so. I want to save them all. My mates got dibs on
the roof and sides so im thinking he's going to be a soft top.
The paint is good so it'll have nice patina. Engine wise I'll
see what it runs like and maybe keep it or tdi it. Hopefully
bubba will be on the road by the end of this month fingers
crossed as the mot runs out on my eurobox then. Anyhoo this one
       is next years project!
