I have bought a new front prop (No blue label ;D) to replace the
shaft of death that came down from the Pyrenees, which way round
does it go? Every place I have searched on the web says
something different. :-?

I got it from Pennine 4X4 in Halifax, about £65 I think, it is
listed as a series 1 front prop, but has the same part n.o. as a
88" rear which everyone tells me are the same size. I have not
tried fitting yet tho.

That's what I bought, an 88" rear. Same part number as an 80"
front. Fitted fine.
Steve, it's irrelevant which way up you put it.
Firstly because I doubt it will be you fitting it, I'm not sure
you know what a spanner is or does.
Secondly because it will be the worlds most polished shaft ever
in the world ever! so should last forever, ever!
