Yes they are needed on series rims. Any tyre on a series rim
should be tubed.

If you go to tyres direct in Luton they will do you a deal for
cash or so i've heard!

I imagine the road holding/handling will be better than the SATs

Could do Ian, although as pete says they are on the skinny side
(which I kind of like on my 80).

How much skinnier than SAT's though ...IF they are too skinny i
might just have to stick with the bargrip 900x16 and wide rim
combo lol

I have not measured them but defo taller and thinner, better for
fuel and offroadness probably.
