which nuts for pulling together engine and box?

Okay.
My Forward control parts book has let me to buy stud 3650 but
when I bought nuts to fit these (254812) They will NOT go on.
254812 has become NH606041L through the process of part numbers
becoming null.
Imperial 6cyl engine mount nuts WILL fit though. Can anyone tell
me what that part number is as I can't find it ANYWHERE!
Can anyone follow what i'm on about??
I'm basically after the thread size of part 3650!
3/8" unf - part no. NH606041L Will not fit!

A micrometer and thread gauge could be useful here. Thread
gauges cheap on ebay as are micrometers.

Also lay a ruler along it and count Threads per inch to help
point you the right way.

I'm going to nip down to dad's later and borrow his thread
guages.
Interestingly 3/8 BSF and 3/8 UNF both redirect to the same
NH606041L on various suppliers.

Measured and it's 3/8 BSF (20tpi)
For anyone's future reference the big sites will redirect you to
NH606041L as a replacement part. These WILL not work with stud
3650
