       Historic vehicles, petrol and most station wagons seem to be
       exempt from the LEZ but one can check on TFL web site....not
       sure about B/W plates though!
       A mate had to sell his S3 diesel due to the LEZ which really
       pissed him off!
       Congestion Charge is paid by all vehicles, with a few exceptions
       (ambulances?) no matter the age and fuel type.
       Of course to confuse things more  the two zones are of different
       sizes. LEZ is basically from M25 inwards. Where as the CC Zone
       is just the very Centre of London and doesn't work at the
       weekends.
