Peter Lamb (FirstFour.co.uk) can do them as one offs.
I have several of his sliders on "the Series look-a-likes" and
       they are very good.
Not too difficult to make though and we may end up doing them
       ourselves..

I remember someone on here making some cracking looking sills
from rectangular box section. Can't remember who but they looked
ace. I was hoping to make some for mine!

For a certain vehicle which could be discovered in my garden, I
made new sills from some 3mm wall 60 x 60 box. Cut to length
with a cheeky seam-weld...job done! I'd risk using them as a
       jacking-point in dire emergency.
If you pre-welded some chassis-brackets on to similar, I reckon
such section is your boy, if inexpensive rock-sliders it is you
       need.

Made some from scaffold tube, using weldable steam pipe bends
for the ends, these were welded onto rectangular box section,
they are attatched to the bulkhead outrigger at one end and I
extended the spring hanger at the other end, it is also stayed
back to the main chassis rail in the middle, a couple of photos
from BBW, second one is blurred but gives the idea, could do
detail ones of fixings if required, when it stops raining
