LATP 2013 - Rally Plaques?

Is anyone up for these again this year. It will be tight, but
should be able to get some rustled up in time.
I will need to know by 7pm tonight to ensure that I can get them
made up in time.
This what last year's looked like. This years will be a
variation on theme.
