F.A.O. (mostly Modmin) T'shirts at T'pit
By: mistericeman Date: August 7, 2013, 2:53 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
As most folks no doubt know Jan did a most excellent job of
designing a T'shirt to be available at the pit and time is
running short for actually having these printed in time to be
available at T'pit.
Here is our very own "Lozza" modelling one for us in a "Man at
somewhere sandy " pose

I did ask Stuey some time ago whether the forum
Modmin/Organisers still wanted to go ahead with these ...AFAIK
only one person actually voiced an opinion from those of a
higher state of conciousness ,
And As i don't want to make a unilateral decision on going ahead
with them and As i am no longer a C.U.N.T. (Committee Used
Normally To Sort Stuff /member of the organising section I
thought I'd ask in here for what folks want to do .
Hope that's ok with folks

To be honest guys it was more a polite request to the "heads" as
the what they want to do ...
I'm sure it'll get sorted one way or T'other :-?

I'm sure I let you know Ian that if you were still happy to run
with the T-Shirts, then we'd be happy? After all why should
somebody else step in and take all the credit when you've done
all the donkey work?

You did indeed Stuey ...
However you did also say that only one person had replied to
your question in the relevant area ...
I was just seeking clarification that the general consensus of
those holding the reins was to go ahead ...rather than me making
a unilateral decision .

All this smacks of anti-elitism. Could you not have grown some
cotton, and made it into homespun fabric, then got the dogs to
run it through a machine in T-shirt shapes, before printing it
with a potato and using beetroot ink?

Love the modelling photo at the top, by the way, although I
think a sand-coloured t-shirt should have been considered

Thanks again for the T-shirt mate :smilewide: maybe modelling
could be my next career once I'm out of here :rolleye0012:
