Gatescarth Pass and other lanes - the pics

We survived! Well, OK, Chippers' 2nd gear didnt, Alastair's
front O/S indicator and sidelight didn't (thanks to a clumsy
bloody trail rider) and Kev's bumper and O/S dumb iron didn't
end up in quite the same shape as when we started out.

I nearly forgot this one. Kev got stuck ON A ROAD and had to be
towed out of a ditch that he fell into. :haha:
He can't get out cos his door is held on with bungee cord from
the inside.

Not so fast guys. On the way home, serious power loss on the M6.
Lots of black smoke and down to 20 MPH. Pulled over, luckily
Alistair and Kev and Mandy weren't far behind and kindly stopped
to assist, however, no roadside repair

Glad you got recovered chipstick, - did you get the Italian meal
in the end?
Well, we eventually got back to Leicester at 8.00, after a six
hour drive. :WTF
After a couple of stops, one for Chippers, and one for Alistair
to fettle his wipers, we then got caught in a bad accident over
two lanes, which we just managed to get clear of before the fuzz
arrived & shut the M6.
We then got down to about J23? then the whole motorway was
reduced to a crawl for bloody miles. - Alistair suggested that
we bail out, & nip (fucking 'nip' - yeah right) down the M56 to
try & get on the A50.
Basically that was all fucked up too, around Knutsford because
(we think) of some VW convention.......
Still, it was an EPIC weekend. 8)
