Fully rebuilt to go out to Africa to be used as intended as an
ambulance.

That's an ex-dutch mil one, never seen one of those before.
Loads of lightweights but never a marshall ambulance.

I love the Ambulance Me and a buddy of mine use to use one as a
radio car when we marshaled the RAC rally back in the days . . .
. . .
It still had 2 stretcher rails and we could go for a nap between
race's it was great fun.
Yous looks great fella and I hope you have luck selling it

Is the portable hand-brake ( pic 1) included ? Weird idea to
export a very obvious military cam vehicle to Africa. I thought
the local Govts tended to object ? Whats the engine in it - Did
the Cloggies put diesels in them like their lightweights ?

Yes,all Dutch army Land Rovers were diesels.
