I think AlexB brought the barrel, I think two would be a better
idea this year!
[/quote]
I did mention it after last years LATP that I think there should
be 3 barrels, to be consumed over both nights, however I wasn't
going to mention it until closer to the day.

public off.....

opening bottles all day ::)

^^ Yes we need some more antisocial smileys ( a bit of a
contradiction there? ) ::)
BTW the eralier in June date is great as it avoids clashes for
me later in the month 8) I'm thinking of tagging the dog this
year as it does seem to go missing alot. ::)

Talking of beer, I see a new brewery has sprung up nearby - the
Caphouse Brewery, named after Caphouse Colliery (AKA the NCM) so
I was wondering about commisioning them to produce a 'speshul'
brew for us? OLLR Ale anyone.......

Mmm not sure about a "special OLLR" brew. We might find we've
got to purchase a certain amount to be viable and have to drink
it all. ;) Then again it could turn out to be poo...... :P
The ones AlexB has kindly sourced in the past have been most
excellent - if gone all too soon! Though it would be quite an
expense for one bod to stump up the dosh for 3 barrels and run
the risk (has happened before) of not covering costs.
Perhaps we could have a "beer collective" to pool funds prior to
LATP?

With this many dogs has anyone thought of racing them or setting
up a lure? :)

^^ That would be organised instead I suspect "Dog Anarchy" will
be the order of the weekend ;D in our house the dogs seem to be
in charge >:(
I had my bedlington/whippet cross join in a lure race last
summer. First couple of races it did well coming first then it
decided it just wanted to chase the other dogs ;D

Yep, I'll be there! Hopefully for the whole weekend this year,
as I only seemed to make half of it last time...
