       FORUM RULES

       WARNING: OLLR is not a "family friendly" forum. It's full of
       nasty people who swear a lot and who don't do political
       correctness. Unless you've got a thick skin and don't mind bad
       language then move along and find another forum that suits you
       better.
       RULES:
       1:-The title of the forum is OLD LEAF-SPRUNG LAND ROVERS. That's
       what we're about, not about coil-sprung Land Rovers or the
       hairdressers' car that is Freelander so don't ask questions
       about them or post pictures of them. If you own one, keep it to
       yourself - we aren't into that sort of filth.
       2:- Although we are fairly relaxed about postings, it isn't a
       democracy, nor is it a free-speech free-for-all.
       3:- You will toe the line, or you will be banned. We don't care
       either way. What we say goes.
       4:- Moderators do not have to explain themselves to anyone for
       any reason.
       5:- We prefer members to participate and post so those who do
       not may find their accounts deleted without notice. The best way
       to start is to post in the Welcome section. If you never post
       then you are missing out on some sections of the forum.
       6:- The Tap Room section is for off-topic subjects, jokes etc.
       Politics, Race and Religion are banned subjects.
       7:- The For Sale / Wanted section is there for members to
       advertise LAND ROVER parts or vehicles. Do not post links to
       internet auction sites in there unless you are the seller. If
       you cannot view the For Sale / Wanted section that is because
       this is a priviledge that you have not yet earned. DO NOT post
       ads in any other section of the forum!
       8:- If you've come from other forums or clubs where you may have
       fallen out with the admins or management, don't think you can
       come here and start ranting about them - we don't care what
       happens on lesser fora and neither does anyone else - see rule
       3.
       9:- OLLR is not a club and there is not "somebody". Don't say
       why doesn't "somebody" do something - if you have an idea then
       you do it. Anyone can arrange a greenlane trip or workshop meet.
       10:- If you are intending to arrange something outside the
       forum, don't use the name OLLR without our permission - it's not
       yours to use is it?
       11:- There is no swear filter and we have no intention of adding
       one. If you are not comfortable with the use of profanities or
       are afraid that your children may read them then it's up to you
       to prevent them from doing so - we are not nannies to your
       children!
       12:- Do not use text speak! No M8, LOL, u, cu, or any of that
       crap. It's annoying, unintelligable and lazy. You have a fully
       functioning keyboard in front of you - use it! Our word censor
       is adjusted to sift-out some of the more pointless and
       meaningless of these.
