Going by the number plates on the two of the vehicles and the
trade plate on the APGP, there is some sort of Rover connection.
I will ask Mike Bishop at Gaydon what he can suss out.

I reckon the photo was taken up above Llanfairfechan, between
Abergyngregyn and Penmaenmawr (the site of the quarry in the
distance there).
