After doing two xmas doo's myself and Mrs G have decided to pass
on the baton.

I'm sure that all the folks that "Actually" organise stuff will
join me (AND the rest of an appreciative forum membership) in a
round of applause for all the hard work you have both put in
over the last couple of years or so .
Those that have never organised an event for OLLR will have but
the barest concept of the work that goes on behind the scenes to
make "OUR" weekends away the successes they are.
In short it's BLOODY HARD GRAFT ...and the day after the last
day of any event is usually a bitter sweet mix of relief it all
went (Mostly lol) to plan and complete shatterdness .
Well done you two ...The time to pass on the baton is a moment
to savour ...

We may do it again after some time off. After being on the
pointy end for 2yrs it would be nice to chill for a change.
It would be great for this event to continue.
As always more than happy to support and help where we can.

I've decided to move this into here ...Mainly to offer folks the
chance to offer you both a well deserved thanks for all of your
hard work ...
BUT also so that anyone that wants to offer to pick up the
cherished baton can be considered for the position by the
"committee"

thank you lesley and richard and id be willing to get it sorted
if someone else wants to help as think its going to be alil hard
for me to do it on my own. but iv found a couple and iv emailed
them now dogs are allowed but it only sleeps 35 and i dont know
where people want to go? what do you think of these?
