       19j starter

       So I'm getting on with my 19j conversion but can any one tell me
       what starter I'll need? I'm guessing probably a defender but
       didn't know whether with a different flywheel housing a
       different starter could be used.
       Also do I need a fuel return for the diesel engine as it was a
       petrol series 3.

       defender starter is probably best option as it is shorter, 19j
       and 200 tdi are the same

       I have just replaced the starter on my 19j engine and it is a
       defender starter, they wire up to the series wiring just the
       same.
