Forgot to mention "Gun" passed his MoT yesterday with no
advisories. I did pre-empt the obvious failures by replacing the
exhaust with a double S stainless job and finally getting round
to replacing the now shroudless shock absorbers with some I got
of Toby at the last LatP. No idea how they passed it on the
brakes though. Taxed this morning and all legal again. "NoName
needs MOT'ing in about 2 weeks now so get that done as soon as
I've replaced the leaking head gasket.

The brake effort pass rate is quite low. when I MOT'd the
antichrist, my mate (the tester) said due to the age it only
required a road test (with a brake force thingy sat in the
footwell), and even though the brakes weren't quite bled
properly it still passed.

Mine's always gone on the rollers. I'm sure there's still air in
my brakes but it passed.
