Wondering what you chaps with 200 tdi's in yer series have done
with the air filter location? (photo's welcome ;D) Mines got an
'orrible chav cone filter fitted & I want to get something
better. Was considering getting hold of an early tdi drum type
to fit in the place where the air con compressor would have gone
in the original car but am open to all ideas!

Snap. Done that on the Series Tdi conversions I've done. You
might have to remove the housing to change the filter, but the
       pipe line up quite nicely.
