In Spurge's 'Inca Yellow Stage One' topic, I was musing how I
had some trapezium-based recovery rings, but was reserving them
for the back of the 2B, after-which a pissed-up NoelC pointed
out what I knew, that the square-based ones were the correct kit
for the rear bumper of such a FC. Later still, Lurch mentioned
he'd had a set but had got shut.
Enter 'Clunk', who directed me towards this ebay sale...

Which vehicles had the big-eyes attached (the ad said SIII), and
why biggies over the regular ones?

The big square flat plate ones were only on 2B FC rear bumpers,
as far as I know. S3...would only be mili if at all; but not
being Walty, I don't know if there was dual application.
Trapezium-bases were in greater use.
Ad could be wrong regarding S3.
