       After much trawling of gumtree/ebay/forums etc i bought this
       back in Feb

       Off ebay. unseen... with the words "just needs engine plumbing
       in, brakes and clutch bleeding." So I bought it because of
       chassis work done, and decent bulkhead + it was diesel, but to
       be honest I think I subconsciously just liked the stripes.
       It's a 1975 1/1/76 registered, with a 12j 2.5N/A in it, and it's
       my first landy. Since feb it's sat in the yard of the guy I
       purchased it off, and latterly on a mates drive down in
       Somerset.
       Work will start 21st June on it, and hopefully within a week
       we'll get it through it's MOT... Currently just sourcing the
       bits I need;
