Removing freewheeling hubs. How???

I need to remove the fwh from my axle. They are fairly fwh. I
have removed the screw but what next? Need this done tonight so
any help greatly received. :banghead

Once you've got the screw out, you need to hook out a plastic
strip through the hole.
The strip goes all the way round the inside of the hub, but BE
CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK IT!
The strip is made from unobtainium and you might as well throw
the hub away if you break the strip :2mo5pow:
Once the strip is out, the outer part of the FWH just pulls off
the inner part.

The plastic strip should have a ring on the end, the screw goes
through this hole when assembled. Very often, previous rough
treatment has meant the ring gets destroyed, so years down the
line when a new owner tries to remove the FWH they can't get a
grip on the strip, and if you're not aware of how they go
together you might not even know there's one in there.
When you've got the strip out (try a pair of long nose pliers,
but be gentle) the moving part of the hub should just drop off
in your hand. There is a spring in there too, but it's not very
strong and quite large. It's a while since I stripped one, but
there are some metal pins too which are a bit (read very) fiddly
and you don't want to lose one. I think I used grease to keep it
all together when reassemling.
