Much better thanks  Thanks for asking.
I had a mega injury playing rugby when I was younger and the
knee has always been a bit weak since then. (I pulled tendons
and ligaments and got a fractured & split knee cap - it took a
few operations to get all the floating cartilage bits out and I
wasn't walking properly for 9 months). Last week I simply
slipped at a car wash would you believe! I was running my daily
driver car through prior to it being MoT'd as it was filthy and
I didn't have the time to wash it properly. I felt a few
ligaments pop but it didn't really get bad until the following
day - it swelled right up and I was in agony then lol. Luckily I
was able to strap it up and pretty much carry on at work as I'm
desk based. Given the choice I'd have had a day or 2 resting it
but where I work has a pretty dim view of any sickness absence -
you need to provide your death certificate to have a few days
off ::) The car passed the MoT btw, no advisories ;D
Keep posting your mods, I'm taking plenty of notes

       Hey up,
The old girl`s been in for some tlc namely changing the front
hub seals, also a wheel cylinder was leaking due it having a
rust ring inside from new which has chewed the seal so I`ve
fitted another one, so all that combined means I can now brake
without the need to steer right to keep her straight, definitely
fun on some of the hills and turns round here ;D

also you know own a landy when your parking area turns into a
       recreation of the Somme.

however since this was taken my landlord has decided to pave the
       area, cheers.
       a bit of humor.

       Hey up folks,
The "Cart Sprung Dirt Technic" isn't mine, it`s something I
found on ebay, now I`m not sure if this is classed as spam but
here`s the ebay item no: 161586784124. as it says in the small
print, you have to request to have it reversed for applying to
       the inside of a window.
       Regards Chris
