Spotted somewhere in Cumbria

Went out walking for the day and spotted this. Looked like an
electrical problem but I had gone out without my usual reel of
red wire so I was unable to help.

Blood lucky escape there Feelinperky. Last time Mantelec touched
one of my trucks, he set the blood thing on fire.
A fire truck on fire would be different.

I recognised it straightaway cos of the black sock over the roof
beacon. Not sure what it's about though.

Its to do with it not being a 'real' emergency vehicle so a blue
light is illegal or some such shite
