       Hello.
Just joined and thought I'd share some pics of G0G.1966,V8 SD1
       lump (black sludge edition).
These are all how it came to me a couple of years ago.A few bits
have changed since but I haven't rebuilt the Vitesse engine I've
got for it yet. It's got wolf rims and BFGs now.Sails through
MoTs every year but had to do a large patch last year to sort
out the petrol tank outrigger.I think it's called a half-chassis
or something.I'll post few more when I find out where I put
       them.

It's bloody good fun.Very much like this dogwalk
The 750x16s were a bit too exciting on wet roundabouts but the
BFGs are amazing on ice and the heater has since exploded (all
over a very impressed passenger with steam cleaned jeans). I
recently put a pair of 3.54 diffs in which has given me back my
gearbox, and overdrive is fitted.Does 25 mph per thousand revs on
the motorway and stupid to the gallon when not.
The springs were seized solid until I did the wd40/gearbox
oil/old engine oil trick since when the ride has been much less
likely to launch me into the roof.Might do it again in a few
       years.
Mr. Clarke has to get intimate with the bulkhead this summer.
I tried to fix the heater. It's crap.

I'll get the hang of this stuff in a minute.....
....this doesn't work very well.It sort of demists part of each
       screen.

Yes parksy I did.Like wrestling an octopus that doesn't like
wrestling.Made it with 15mm copper tube and loads of solid cable
copper I had laying around. It's not efficient but sort of works
a bit. I've got a mark two whirring around in my head somewhere.
Shaun.Actually there are just a million little dinks all over
giving the impression of straightness when you squint or
photograph it.Start looking down the lines closely and it
wobbles about all over the place like it should. What paint is
left has the ability to absorb unkind reflections due to it's
       powdery nature.
Thanks Stuey. It's a er.... prototype.Kept me occupied for ages
with a blowtorch in me hand.

back, if I find them I'll report back.
