2.25D at a guess, possibly 2.5... I've need more info to be
certain (they may be positively identifiable from that angle,
but not by me!)

Ok, some clues;
the one on the left is off a 2.5na.
I hadn't really noticed , but Lozza did; look at the gaps
between the valve ports; the head on the left shows quite a
considerable gap and the gap is dished out ( if that makes
sense) , the right one is completely different.
Look at the thermo housing casting, notice any differences??
Why foobared? The left one is cracked and the right one has
been on a block which seemingly suffered ring failure ( beyond
what a Phal will do :smilewide:) and the pitting around the
water ways doesn't leave alot of sealing face.
But what is the one on the right?
Bert the Bodger should know.............

- Yes. Off course you can have it; would you like me to complete
its mahoooooosive journey around the country? Yes? Well bollocks
to ya.
I'll post it , how many bits can you handle at a time.
:smilewide:
I'll get it to you sometime, in one bit, no fear, I might even
look after it now. ;D

So just a bare head, no valves or springs? Does in have guides
in? And is it the early TD jobbie like I sort of guessed?

Fairly sure the guides are in Big Seagull.
You sure you want it ; one of them is going to be chopped in
half , made shiney and used as book ends...............that'll
be the 'recon(figured)' n/a one then. Best I put the TD one
aside.
