does it really warrant that money to sit there for ten minutes
to wait for your screen to clear ? how many cans of deicer can
you buy for £138
and on the inside you wipe the screen ...........

that'll be a darn sarf comment me thinks it gets a bit colder
up't north and mine can freeze up when driving but then again
the scottish contingent will probably say how ridiculously cold
it gets up there
me i would rather have the heater blowing on my feet to keep
them warm than just trying to keep the windows clear
- its all opinion :handbag

Ive got one fitted to my Stationwagon, its fucking great.
Get in, turn key, flick switch, clean mirrors and lights off
from frost, get in, set wiper on once, drive off. and the heater
heats me rather than fills a tube with warm air that heats the
bottom half inch of glass
had plain glass in the green motor, was wank. Seriously tempted
to get another...

At 03:30 when I have to drive to work, being able to push a
button and have the screen melt the ice/frost whilst I clear the
mirrors and side windows is a real benefit. As is not having to
stop after a few hundred yards to clear the screens again, both
on the outside and inside.
If your Landy is full of damp kit, dogs and people, being able
to see where you're going is quite a benefit too...
I don't know about yours, but my 109" has a hard-top and a
Tdi... you'd wait a fuck sight longer than 10 minutes for the
screen to clear with the tiddly round heater. I doubt my
neighbours would be happy with me waiting - let alone the Mrs
with the engine rattling away under the bedroom window!

I'm going to convince you of SFA as I don't have any fitted.
However I have seen some in action and I do know how much they
cost to buy new and I also know some folk on here have expressed
an interest in buying some of these, but not at regular retail
prices. I have nothing to do with this 'deal' and I just
thought that I would post them on here for the good folk of
these parts take advantage if they do so wish.
