       Tdi smokey lumpy start

       cold starting gives me lots of blue smoke and lumpy running for
       20 seconds but when run for a few mins its ok. runs good when
       warm. Im going to do the head gasket and valve seals in a few
       weeks anyway as my old one started lumpy when the gasket had
       gone at the back giving a low compression cylinder. Anything
       else that could be the cause? i have read the leak off pipes
       between the injectors can cause problem and i have replaced them
       on the old one as well so il do that as well.
