       raer crank oil seal....

       well i fitted a new one and did it perfectly, did nt damage it
       took ages over it. Its now leaking.  :2mo5pow: knew i should
       have left it alone. Now can i just leave it as im not taking the
       engine out again.  :smiley-furious:

       what do you think is the easiest option? Engine out or gearbox?

       engine out is easier but still hassle did a friends a while ago
       found to be sealant got on to the seal :banghead

       I prefer engine out.
       Could leave it if it isn't to bad. Once it gets bad enough it
       will fuck your clutch, but if it to bad will just be another
       leak.

       il keep an eye on it, seems to be a waste of time to change
       something that may well just leak again, the seals seem too hard
       to me to actually seal anything.
