       spotted in scrappy

       was in a scrapyard in penrith today  :rolleyes:
       noticed in corner was a series 3 lwb van  :)
       closer inspection revealed it was on an ex military chassis in
       very good nick  :)
       the chassis has had the gear box mount moved backwards and was
       destined to be rebuilt with a v8 in it  :|
       it has a destruction order on it so cannot be sold as a whole
       ;)
       looking at it it looks to have a salisbury rear axle and i'm not
       sure about the front - you had better have a look
       its at the eden mount scrap yard out of penrith on the alston

       if that is the white one in burns yard the chassis is goos, good
       rear shocks/ springs etc no idea why it was scrapped was way too
       good. There is also a series 3 88 in totally rotten awful
       condition!  :smilewide:
