Harry2a gets a 3

As the rebuild of the 2a is taking longer than thought, Harry
decided he needed a motor to use now, so, Dad I,ve found a 109
on the forum, can we go collect it? Yea ok son where is it,
Penzance dad, Oh! Right Trailer borrowed, check, lights, check
(fit new plug and rewire), Straps, check, fuelled up, lets go
Oh by the way I,m at college in coalville, and can we go by
Northampton to pick up a tank I,ve bought on fleabay, Ok son
So after a journey of about 12 hours and complete dip beam
failure 10 miles from Helston, we arrived at the hotel

So a quick dropping the gear and a taxi we arrived at the Blue
Anchor, I was last ther in 1980 in Harrys 2A (when it was mine!)

At home, a round trip of 920 miles, a melted indicator stalk, a
hotwire to the dip beams from the horn supply, after total light
failure on the M1 in driving rain

Kwality purchase mate (I might be biased though as i have a soft
spot for Ex-mili motors)
And ace road trip to boot ...
At least you have time to get it ready to join the OLLR "Moles"
on a trip UNDER Welsh Wales after Easter ....

Glad to see you made it back alright. You should get the V5
through soon, I posted it the same day. Keep us posted with the
motor, hopefully we'll meet up at a do sometime. :thumbs:
