Dont the rear but has nto given me much more space from the
lockers so il have to modify them i think! as for the fronts the
chassis bushes were coming out seized in the bolts so i have had
to order some bolts and bushes. :lousyputer:

Well i ve not done too much really since i started working in a
real job! i ve changed the front tyres to the continental bar
grips as the 3 avons are very badly cracking and delaminating
:smiley-furious: old never fitted perishing tyres it seems, they
       are just too old................. :loser:
Im on the look out for some bar grip 9.00s for the rear if
anyone has spare as the rears bare still avons.
All the 1 ton shackles are fitted. Been using the compressor
quite a lot to blow things up! :smilewide:
I going to whip engine out at some point and tidy it all up
properly. Also going to fit a steering damper to reduce the
wheel wobble although i pumped the relay full of grease which
       might help.

I've got a couple. They have studs which can be removed I think.

They're currently on rims which I'm keeping. Maybe the prof
could be persuaded to relay them. £10 each.

What a beautiful truck. As mentioned, the proportions are spot
on. Glad to see her being used as intended. Inspirational!

Engine is ready to lift out  only took 2 hrs. Il
remove it and it will give me a few weeks to paint and make
stuff look nice in the engine bay as well as cut the bulkhead
section out and reweld before fitting commences. :smilewide:

well i think my v8 is a bit shite!! :banghead picked it up and
got it home, stripped it down to the block as the inside is like
its been coated in waxoyl.....bollocks. So im going to clean it
up and rebuild it with new gaskets etc and a new core plug thats
       leaking.
My bro has a set of carbs, starter and leads so all i need is a
       dizzy i think.
Oh and one of the bolts holding the inlet manifold on has
snapped off so il be drilling that out as well :banghead
Should have known really! The bores look good apart from one
that looks like its had a bit of water in but its cleaned up ok,
       all turns fine.
