series 2 fire engine speed demon!

Drove this back from bradford today in the snow. Fucking
freezing and sooooooooooooo slow!
S0 2.25 diesel to be changed to a tdi soon as possible as shes
my daily driver now! >rock< rofl
shes awesome! has an air compressor running from pto, a thousand
switches on the dash etc.
Parabollocks.
45000 miles! drives really really nicely bur 3rd gear is a bit
noisy now and then!
Lots of work to do to her but its surprisingly solid. heres some
pics the last owner took as its dark.

Looks very useful and remarkably straight. ;-) Great for
forestry work (you shouldn't loose it in the woods anyway). I
will look forward to seeing it in the flesh.

Seen this in the flesh, only one of its type I've ever come
across. Nice and original inside, though I suspect the wings
have been changed at some point? H reg should be lights in wings
IIa. Not that it matters; it looks spot on!
Seem to remember it worked for Sheffield fire brigade? I'm sure
the museum there can help you if you wanted to find anything
about its history.

top class calum! it was built for sheffield fire service
apparently! i have an old pic with some bugeye lights in the
wings so they have been changed, also had a 10 ton winch on it
which was sold. Im going to try to keep it as original as
possible but useable as its a sort of one off. pleased with it!
